Health Data (with your permission)
Seemira may access data from Apple Health, including heart rate and activity data related to breathing sessions. This data is used only to notice activation in your body and guide breathing sessions in real time. We may also derive simple insights from this data to support your experience in the app.
Health data is never used for advertising. Health data from Apple HealthKit is used only to provide app functionality and is not shared with third parties.
Usage Data
We may collect sessions started and completed, and feature interactions. This helps us understand how the app is used and improve performance. We may use analytics tools to support this.
Account Information (if applicable)
We use your data to notice activation, guide breathing sessions, improve product performance, and understand usage patterns. We do not sell your data.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure storage systems and encrypted data transmission where appropriate.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and improve the product.
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (such as infrastructure or analytics providers) strictly to operate the app.
You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time, stop using the app, or request deletion of your data. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us and we will process this request in accordance with applicable laws.
