About Seemira

Seemira is a general wellness product informed by psychobiology and nervous system science. It is designed to support everyday wellbeing. Seemira is not a medical device and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscriptions and Payments

Seemira offers subscription plans, including Founding Member pricing. Full app access requires a subscription. A free 3-day trial is available. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings.

By using Seemira, you also agree to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of apps obtained through the Apple App Store.

Apple Terms

These Terms apply between you and Seemira, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Seemira or its content. To the extent not addressed in these Terms, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Seemira — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Seemira and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seemira and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Seemira after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
