Seemira ("we", "our", or "us") provides this app to support everyday nervous system regulation. By using Seemira, you agree to these terms.
You must be 13 or older to use Seemira. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. Seemira is not intended for children under 13.
Seemira is a general wellness product. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical care. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before use.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Seemira offers paid subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Billing is managed through Apple and subject to their payment terms. To cancel, go to your Apple ID subscription settings. We do not offer refunds outside of what Apple's policies allow.
Seemira may access Apple Health data with your permission. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings. Health data is used only to support your experience in the app. It is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

All content, design, and technology in Seemira is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Seemira is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes where required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
